Former Town of Port Washington resident Gerald C. Prom, 66, died Friday, May 6, after a lengthy illness at White Pines Group Home in Whitewater.

A memorial Mass for Mr. Prom and his sister Bernadine Fritsch, who died Jan. 19, will be held at noon Saturday, May 21, at St. Peter of Alcantara Catholic Church in Port Washington. Father Patrick Wendt will officiate.

Visitation will be at the church from 11 a.m. until the service.

Interment will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Port Washington.

Contributions toward memorial Masses would be appreciated.

Arrangements are being handled by Poole Funeral Home, Port Washington.
