A memorial service will be held Saturday, Sept. 25, for former Grafton resident Tom A. Paulsen, 72, who died from a series of health problems on Tuesday, Sept. 7, at Lakeland Memorial Hospital in Florida. Memorials to the National Kidney Foundation are requested. The service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Grafton.
