Former Port Washington resident Bridget T. Meeks Gatto, 50, died Wednesday, Aug. 18, at her home in Jefferson, S.D., following a series of health problems. Cremation was handled by Nelson-Berger Northside Chapel in South Dakota. At Mrs. Gatto’s request, there were no services. A private family memorial service is planned.
