Children ages 5 through 10 interested in becoming innovators are invited to participate in the Grafton Parks and Recreation Department’s STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) Zone.

The program will be from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Mondays each month from January through March  at Woodview Elementary School.

Each class will build upon the student’s skill level as they learn about simple machines, levers, wheels and axles, gears, drive trains and motorized systems. Projects include building drawbridges, motorized cars, amusement park rides, cranes and catapults

Each monthly session costs $18 per student. To register, visit graftonrecreation.village.grafton.wi.us.
