Spring election has multiple seats open in village, town and on school board

The April 2 election will include seats in the village and town of Belgium and on the Cedar Grove-Belgium School Board.

In the village, the seats of President Pete Anzia and trustees Josh Borden, Dale Pfeifer and Rose Sauers are up for election.

In the town, the seats held by Chairman Tom Winker, supervisors Bill Janeshek and Tom Bichler, Clerk Ginger Murphy and Treaurer Dayle Parks are up for election.

On the School Board, the seats of Chad Hoopman and Lori Gruell are up for election.

People may take out nomination papers for their respective offices. They are due back by 5 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2.
