Monarch migration, plants to be discussed April 11

“Monarch Migration and Favorite Plants of the Monarch” is the title for the 7 p.m. Thursday, April 11, seminar.

The free seminar is hosted by Roots and Branches and will be led by Shelly Culea of Monarchs Unlimited, who will discuss the Monarch butterfly sanctuaries of Mexico, share her passion for raising Monarchs and provide information on protecting the butterflies.

Culea has raised and released more than 500 Monarch butterflies from her nursery.

The program will be at West Bend City Hall, 1115 S. Main St.
