LETTER: Bags 4 Buczek: fun, remembrance, help for a good cause

To Ozaukee Press:

On behalf of the family of Tyler Buczek, we would like to extend a sincere thank you to everyone who supported this year’s Bags 4 Buczek event by volunteering, participating, sponsoring or donating, as well as those who just came down to Port Washington’s Veterans Park last Saturday to watch the B4B cornhole tournament.

Once again, Port Washington has shown tremendous support and generosity for our mission of keeping Tyler’s memory alive while raising funds to help others.

Thank you for embracing our mission of assisting Emory Birling and her family this year.

We truly feel blessed to be part of this community.

The Bags 4 Buczek team
Port Washington
Editor’s note: Tyler Buczek drowned while swimming with friends off Port Washington’s north beach on Labor Day weekend 2012. He was 15.
