July 31 voters forum to focus on District 23 race

 

A forum featuring candidates for the District 23 seat in the Wisconsin State Assembly will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 31, at Range Line School in Mequon.

The district represents portions of the town and village of Grafton as well as Mequon.

The four candidates who will be on the Aug. 13 primary ballot have been invited to participate in the forum, held by the League of Women Voters of Ozaukee County.        

The candidates are Liz Sumner, Andy Lamb, William Demet and incumbent Jim Ott.

Candidates will respond to questions from the on-site audience.

The school is at 11040 N. Range Line Road, Mequon.
