Julie Normann

Julie A. Normann passed away on Monday, July 1, 2019, at her home with her loving husband by her side. Julie fought her battle with cardiomyopathy for 10 years before passing at the age of 56.

Julie was born in Port Washington, the daughter of Richard and Dorothy (nee Breit) Dyken.

She was united in marriage to Joe W. Normann on Sept. 24, 2010.

Julie enjoyed the outdoors. She could be found gardening, taking walks in nature, spending time on the motorcycle with Joe and gathering vegetables for canning. Julie took pride in her flower gardens and worked side-by-side with Joe as he did the vegetable gardening.

She loved rock music and had a special place in her heart for her dogs Cinder and Jaxi.

Julie is survived by her loving husband and very best friend Joe Normann; children Shana and Kyle Mcgee; two grandchildren; brothers Mark (Laura) Dyken, Carl “Bear” Dyken, Gary (Linda) Dyken, Greg Dyken and Eric (Katie) Dyken; and sister Anne (Don) Pawlak.

Julie was preceded in death by her parents and brother Leon Dyken.

Julie’s family received visitors on Tuesday, July 9, 2019, at Eernisse Funeral Home, 1167 Washington Ave., Cedarburg.

Thank you to Vitas Hospice for the care they provided Julie during the three years she spent on hospice.
