Jamie Buser loved art, animals and shopping.

But most of all she loved playing with her nieces and nephew, McKenzie, Michelle and Nicolle Buser and Carmen and Taurek Beaudry.

Ms. Buser, formerly of Cedar Grove, was the victim of a deadly violent crime in Cherokee County, South Carolina, on Monday, Sept. 23. She was 35.

Ms. Buser was born Dec. 14, 1983, in Port Washington to Dan and Renee Buser.

She grew up in Cedar Grove and attended local schools. She graduated from Sheboygan North High School in 2003 and then attained certification to be a certified nursing assistant.

In school, Ms. Buser participated in pompoms and enjoyed playing powderpuff football.

Ms. Buser enjoyed art, drawing and design, along with music and reading.

She had a deep-seated love of tigers, leopards and elephants. She also enjoyed shopping.

Ms. Buser is survived by her parents Renee (Will) Buser of Cedar Grove and Dan Buser of Port Washington; brother Travis (Anisa) Buser of Alvarado, Texas; and sister Becky (Mike) Beaudry of Kiel.

She is further survived by her grandmother Joyce Will of Cedar Grove.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Dorothy and Edwin Buser and grandfather Raymond Will Jr.

 A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 7, at Christian Life Church in Belgium. The Rev. Steve Harris will preside.         Visitation is from 3 to 5 p.m. Monday at the church.

Memorials to the family are encouraged.
