February activities are set at Grafton library


The Grafton library has announced its activities for February.

The adult coloring group will meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5. Coloring sheets and colored pencils are provided.

The Chess Club, which is open to people of all ages, will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6.

The Grafton writers’ workshop   for fiction writers will run from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, with a creative writing expert leading the class.

The movie “First Man” will be viewed at 5 p.m. Wednesday Feb. 27.  The movie is rated PG-13.

The Ozaukee Technology Club will meet form 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9. Equipment will be provided.  

The book “Crazy Rich Asians” by Kevin Kwan will be discussed by the library’s book discussion group at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 14.

The Readers of the Night book discussion group will discuss “Radium Girls” at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21.

Licensed social worker Jim Williams will present a session on navigating life’s transitions that focuses on seniors as they transition into retirement from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. Monday, Feb. 11.

The topics covered include creating a bucket list, identifying strengths and life goals and identifying life events participants have experienced and the impact of these events on their lives.

“Balance your Bladder,” a session on urinary incontinence, will be led by Molly Rittberg of Freedom Physical Therapy  from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26.
