Cedarburg Architectural Treasures Tour

The ArchitecturalTreasures Tour opens six Cedarburg area buildings of architectural significance to the public from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, July 28, and noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, July 29. This year's tour includes a stone midcentury modern house on the banks of Cedar Creek similar to a Frank Lloyd Wright-style home; a classic 1862 stone farmhouse that's been renovated; a country home that captures the look of a traditional farmhouse with today's amenities; a 196 house in the heart of Cedarburg; Trinity Lutheran Church in Cedarburg; and the Cedarburg History Museum. Tickets for the tour, sponsored by the Cedarburg Cultural Center, are $17 in advance or $20 at the homes on the day of the tour. Tickets are good for both days. Advance tickets may be purchased at the cultural center, Johnson's Gardens and Olsen's Piggly Wiggly, all in Cedarburg. For more information, call the center at 375-3676.
