Betty Ellefson

Betty L. Ellefson, 80, of Saukville, died Tuesday, Feb. 26, at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton.  

She was born in Ontonagon, Mich., on March 27, 1938.  

On Sept. 28, 1968, she married Edwin Ellefson.

The couple enjoyed taking motorcycle trips, and traveling out West and Europe to visit family.  

Mrs. Ellefson’s family said she enjoyed crossword puzzles, scratch-offs and vacationing in Pembine and Middle River, Minn.

Mrs. Ellefson is survived by her daughter Tanya (Jim) Weyker of Random Lake, and grandchildren Bria and Caleb.  

She is further survived by her sisters-in-law Eileen Ellefson of Port Washington, Julia Haugtvedt and Barb Housker, both of Minnesota; and brother-in-law Gordon (Shirley) Ellefson.

Mrs. Ellefson was preceded in death by her husband Edwin and son Jason.

A celebration of life ceremony will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Random Lake on Saturday, March 9.

Interment will take place in Minnesota at a later date.

Eernisse Funeral Home, Port Washington, handled the arrangements.
