Two Port Washington companies, Molded Dimensions and independent insurance agency Ansay & Associates, have  been named two of the top workplaces in Wisconsin based on a polling of company employees.

The award was presented last week by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

The process drew 1,121 nominations, with 150 companies earning the recognition.

It was the third year in a row Molded Dimensions has been named one of the Top 100 Workplaces in southeast Wisconsin.

With Linda Katz as chief executive officer, Molded Dimensions is a certified woman-owned business.

The company, which has been in business for more than 60 years,  has two manufacturing facilities in Port Washington. It produces molded and cast polyurethane mechanical components.

Ansay officials said its award is recognition of the company’s emphasis on people inside and outside the office.

“The award demonstrates the importance we place not only on our customers, but also on our employees,” said Mike Ansay, chairman and CEO of Ansay & Associates.

“Our offices run on energy and passion for working as a team. Together, we share the mission of helping all of our customers, but truly understand the importance of personal health and family time.”

Ansay is a family-owned business founded in 1946. The company specializes in commercial and personal insurance, along with employee benefit and wellness programs.

It has offices in Port Washington, West Bend, Green Bay, Manitowoc, the Fox Valley, Burlington, Mosinee and Madison.
