Russ Lund, former president of the Saukville Chamber of Commerce, died Friday, Aug. 3, of acute myelogenous leukemia.

For the past 10 years, Lund, 68, owned and operated the Saukville-based Cornerstone Professional Services, a professional training company.  Previously, he
worked for Wisconsin Bell-Ameritech for 25 years and for Strategic Business Services.

Lund was an adjunct professor at both Moraine Park Technical College and Lakeland College.

When a resignation left the Saukville Chamber without an executive director last year, Lund took on the administrative duties for several months until a
replacement could be hired.

He was instrumental in promoting the “I Heart Saukville” virtual campaign and finding office space for the Chamber.
